About 2BuyAndSell
2BuyAndSell is a San Antonio software company. We make a short readiness check that real estate agents and loan officers put on their own branded page, so every buyer and seller knows where they stand, and every agent knows who's ready.
What we make
Each agent gets a page with their name, photo, colors and brokerage. Their clients answer a few plain questions in about 2 minutes, in English or Spanish:
- Buyers see a readiness score, a realistic price range, loan programs they may fit, and next steps.
- Sellers see a value range, their estimated equity and what they could walk away with after costs.
- People doing both get one plan that ties the sale and the next purchase together.
The agent gets the lead, sorted by how ready the person is, with a follow-up message already written. Agents also get ready-to-post social media images and short videos with their name on them.
Who it's for
Real estate agents, teams and brokerages, starting in San Antonio and across Texas. Loan officers can have their own account too.
How we do things
- No credit pulls. The check never touches anyone's credit report or score.
- We never sell personal information. Not agents' and not their clients'.
- No pay-to-play. We don't sell "preferred" spots to lenders, title companies or inspectors. Clients pick their own providers.
- Everyone pays for their own account. Agents and loan officers each pay for their own, which keeps everyone on the right side of federal referral-fee rules.
- Built for Texas. Pages show the agent's broker, license number and the TREC notice links that Texas requires.
- Fair Housing, always. The check asks about money and timing, never about who someone is.
